At Merrill Contracting & Remodeling, we’re a builder that believes a great home remodel isn’t just about the final product – it’s also about how the client experiences the entire home remodeling experience.
Since customer satisfaction is so important to us, that since 2006 we have engaged the services of an independent customer satisfaction survey firm, GuildQuality, to gather inputs from every Merrill client. These third-party surveys regularly document superlative ratings.
Recent ratings were so high (98-100% in virtually all categories covered by the survey), that we were yet again awarded the prestigious annual Guildmaster Award for top achievement among general contractors and home remodelers across the nation. Our awards include:
